These terms govern your use of Iampromoter.com. By creating an account, you agree to them in full.

1. Accounts

Registration is free for both promoter and agency accounts. You must verify your email with a one-time code before creating a profile, and you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.

2. Profiles and content

Promoters may set each part of their profile — about, social links, portfolio, rate card and education — to public, followers-only, or private. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for owning the rights to any image you upload.

3. Storage

Every promoter account includes 100 MB of free storage for portfolio uploads.

4. Job postings

Agencies may submit job posts with a title, description, salary range and number of openings. Every post is reviewed by our admin team before approval. Approved posts are billed by invoice and go live in the job section once that invoice is marked paid. We may decline a post that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
• Impersonating another person or business
• Uploading content you don't have the rights to
• Circumventing the platform to avoid job posting fees

6. Termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and note the date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the update.
